Dear Val, Ryan and Staff, Happy New Year to you all. Having had a super holiday followed by New Year visitors I am only just getting around to my 'thank you's' and a very big 'thank you' to you all for caring for our boy, Otto so well over the Christmas period. If he cannot be with us I can think of no better carers than you all at Chetwynd Firs. We were able to relax and enjoy our family trip knowing Otto was safe, well and with people he (and we) trust. How kind of you to give him a Christmas gift too - so sweet. Again he was in super condition. Fresh and sweet smelling from his bathing and grooming session he was a picture. Bless you all.
